Far from the Maddening Crowds
I was shopping in town today and what did I see? Aside from a bunch of lunatic shoppers that is. And preachers determined to teach me the error of my ways, and big issue salesmen, scruffy kids shouting abuse and people drinking on street corners from bottles that may or may not contain cider. Aside from all that, and far more to my pleasure, I saw an advert for cheap broadband deals. Not your basic broadband mind, but wireless broadband. Of course being the frugal sort, I didn’t actually buy anything there and then but waited till I got home and had a shop around on the Internet to find the best package on Broadbandgenie.co.uk And I am very glad I did. Now, as well as getting mobile broadband with very good speeds, excellent Who here wouldn’t like a free laptop? Exactly. Surprisingly it is a very good bit of kit, not just some bottom of the range spec from the 1990’s that some sales people had a crate of laying around in a warehouse in Wales somewhere. All in all, I am very happy and can’t wait for it to arrive. You never know, my next post could be from that lovely restaurant down the road, typed up whilst I am waiting for them to bring my out the excellent seafood chowder they do lunchtimes. I hope so.
