The Kettler Ergo Racer GT Indoor Cycling Bike has an extra large LED screen that can display resistance in watts, speed, RPM, kilojoules burned, time elapsed, distance covered, and current pulse rate. It even gives you a fitness rating at the end of your workout! This Bike also includes a wireless chest belt to accurately monitor pulse rate
The LCD display has been carefully calibrated at the factory for an accurate reading of resistance. You can reach a maximum electro magnetic resistance of 600 Watts independent of pedal revolutions during normal operation of the Bike. But if you choose, you can switch to the operation mode where resistance is dependent on pedal revolutions. In that case your maximum resistance will be approximately 700 Watts. For reference, walking up stairs takes about 200 Watts of work.
The Kettler Ergo Racer GT Indoor Cycling Bike has four position handlebars (triathlon and drop bars) and a gel racer saddle seat. Both adjust horizontally and vertically. This makes the Bike more easily adjustable for your body type. The handlebars have swiveling custom cups for forearms or palms to rest in. The bike also has cage/SPD(Shimano Pedaling Dynamics) pedals which enhance the road bike experience. Its smooth belt drive and 40 lb. balanced flywheel offer smooth pedaling from beginning to maximum resistance as well as perfect balance. The flywheel and bottom bracket also have top grade sealed ball bearings in them for added performance. This Bike is a sleek 47 x 21 x 47 inches and weighs164 pounds. There is a 300lb user weight capacity.
